There are two ways to register for the Slipper Symposium.

1. Downloadable Registration Form and Payment by Mail

The form is available as a download from the link below.  Mail this completed form along with your check to the address provided on the form.




2. Online Registration
 
Provide registration information below on this page and then select "Symposium Fees" in the navigation bar on the left to proceed to the secure payment page.  Be sure to use the same name on both pages for obvious reasons.  This is faster and more convenient than mailing registration and payment, but there is an additional processing fee of 8% using this method.
